Payments and Transaction Security

By purchasing at the stopdroplet.gr you can choose the payment method you prefer from the following:

With credit cards over a secure connection
With credit cards over a secure connection
Cash on delivery via Geniki Taxydromiki
By deposit in an account of the company

The security of your transactions is ensured by the charging gates of EFG Eurobank Ergasias S.A. and PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A.

The guarantee

All STOPDROPLET™ products are covered by a 24-month warranty for manufacturing defects.
In order to use the guarantee, the customer must keep the invoice / receipt received by e-mail in electronic form.

Returns

Terms

Each customer has the right to return the purchased products within 15 days from the date of receipt, observing the following conditions:

The right of withdrawal must be exercised by the Customer by sending a communication to the stopdroplet.gr via email to the address customercare@stopdroplet.gr stating the wish to exercise the right of return or by filling in the contact form (available here).

Conditions

PETLINE S.A. undertakes to reimburse the amount paid as soon as possible after receipt of the returned products under the following conditions:

• The returned products are complete and in their original packaging, including all labels that should still be intact.
• Returned products show no signs of damage or damage.

According to the provisions of the law, the customer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for products of sanitary interest that have been used.
PETLINE S.A. reserves the right to refuse, at its discretion, the return of products that do not comply with the requirements mentioned above.
If the reason for the return is due to our fault, the entire original charge will be refunded, including the customer's shipping costs.

Refund

Once our competent staff has received and checked the returned products, we will proceed with the refund as soon as possible.

Please note that:

• The refund will be made using the same method used for the payment.
• The refund will be made in the same currency used for payment.
• The amount will be credited back to the account used for the payment.
• If the purchase was made with a coupon, a new coupon will be issued with the order amount.
• If the purchase was made by cash on delivery method, the Customer should provide us with account information to which the refund should be made.
• The processing times necessary for the refund may vary depending on the payment method and the bank.

Inventory and execution of orders

All STOPDROPLET™ products, if they are in stock, are shipped within 2 working days of receipt of the payment.
The shipment is carried out through the postal services or courier services selected by the Customer. Some shipping services also have a search service.

Shipping Costs:

• Greece 2.95 €
• Cyprus 4.95€ (available from the end of May 2020)

Shipping orders with a total value of more than 33€ is FREE for the whole of Greece and over 50€ for Cyprus.
